Paul Harding has more than 15 years of experience in Derivatives Law and Documentation. He is the former Head of Treasury Documentation at Hill Samuel. He is the author of the definitive guides to the ISDA® Master Agreements (1992 and 2002 versions), ISDA® Credit Support Documentation, Repo Master Agreements as well as “A Practical Guide to the 2003 ISDA® Credit Derivatives Definitions” - published in June 2004.

 

Paul is a graduate of London University and has worked in several UK and foreign banks in London in credit, marketing and documentation roles. Since 1990 he has been involved with derivatives documentation and was a well known negotiator in the City of London with Hill Samuel Bank Limited where he was head of Treasury Documentation.
